I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There are several reasons I rate this place one star. I have had several bad experiences. If you have any delay in childcare assistance you will be harassed.

Also if you have any personal life struggles I do not suggest here. Very damaging Rumors were posted by her and her daughter all over every Facebook status posted or shared about me. Even arguments with people insisting they knew factual information.
Then I was treated very rudely for months and was not allowed to pick up my child which my worker informed me was illegal of them to have withheld my child during custody disputes all over some miscommunication.
Very unprofessional. I will refrain from disclosing more information.
