Today arrived at site and found 5 children of which there were 2 without medical records. She just started working and will have to pick child up later. the child can not return until all forms are complete. Due to the lay off and information given to specialist, informed parent child can not come back tomorrow. A follow up visit will be conducted and this will be discussed with the supervisor. ,
