| Findings: LS observed 2 staff on site and neither has the MA training. The director states she has been trying to find a MA class for quite some time but the classes are either extremely far away or offered on Sundays. LS provided the director with a few more names on the MA trainers list from the website as well as the MSDE nurse consultant's number in case she wants to reach out to her for additional resources as well. Director stated that today was rare that a sub was needed to be used and either her or another teacher who has the MA training is here with the aide in the morning. She stated she will ensure that someone with MA is present at all times as required moving forward. The director provided a statement of correction on site. | |||
