Description: Greenwich House has been known for over 100 years as the place to go in the Village for ceramics and music instruction. Thus, it is a natural fit for the Visual Arts Summer Camp and the After School Program previously run through the Children’s Aid Society.
Following the sale of the building that housed the Children’s Aid Society’s Philip Coltoff Center, the rich programming available to thousands of Greenwich Village children age 8-14 in lower Manhattan, was destined to see its final season. Now, children in the community will continue to learn and explore at these vibrant arts programs through Greenwich House. Greenwich House’s main building at 27 Barrow Street will house much of the program’s After-School and Summer Arts Camp curriculum, along with the Greenwich House Pottery and Greenwich House Music Schools.
Give your children the opportunity to continue learning in a fun environment after school is out.
