I am so disappointed with this place, and I am even more disappointed that I had my kids in this unprofessional, careless daycare. If I would have done my homework I would have NEVER had my kids there. My son (2yrs) eats as soon as he gets home as if he hasn't ate all day, my daughter begged me to make her hair "pretty" so the kids would let her play with them. My last straw, was when the teacher "Miss Leah" confiscated my daughter's phone because some big kid went in her book bag and took it. Nobody ever called me, so when I talked to the teacher, she admitted having the phone but couldn't find the phone. I gave them enough time to come up with the phone or at least answers, nothing happen, Miss Leah actually was rude and short with me so I went to the owner and the director who was just as unprofessional and dismissive. I went to the daycare in person and demanded to see all certifications, and the director Tiffany told me that that information is not available for parents. I grabbed my son and his things and left. I called the van driver and told him my daughter will not need a pick up from school, We're DONE!!!
