I am an employee

I hated this job, they will work you to death when they are low staff, my advice for anyone who wants to work here is that it's ok to say no and ask for a raise although instead of hiring more people they add more kids on the plate, over ratio everyday is crazy and teamwork for whoever is closing is useless all they do is sit at the desk on their phone instead of helping closers to prevent overtime since they have big attitudes about that. Everyone is on their phones and they do play favorites. Why make rules that isnt being followed by everyone? Diaper changes times is ridiculous, PARENTS PLEASE ASK FOR THE TIME AND PROOF OF THE DIPER CHANGES OF YOUR CHILD YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND PLEASE ASK YOUR KIDS QUESTIONS OF HOW THEIR DAY WENT AND ASK FOR ACCIDENT REPORTS IF YOU SEE ANY MARKS ON YOUR KID SINCE THERES NO CAMERAS IN THE ROOM. THEY DONT TELL PARENTS EVERYTHING THAT IS SERIOUS OR ABUSE! PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS IF THEY CHANGE FROM A HAPPY KID TO ODD BEHAVIOR.
