Two staff members (G.B and T.G.) stated it was either one of them. G.B. became the one designated. While on the phone with the director during the course of the inspection it was explained to the licensing specialist that T.G. was the staff member in charge, who is a lead teacher. It was explained that a written statement identifying this must be submitted to the licensing specialist and this must be reviewed with staff so that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities while the director is not present. | |||
