Elmo's Magical World

This is by far the worst daycare. I wouldn't even give 1 star. They are very unprofessional. Employees show up in pj's half the time. Owner will discontinue care for no reason and call or text you for every little thing about your kid. No playground for the kids and they don't follow any kind of curriculum.

@Kelsi @Corynthia M its pretty clear that yall are family members & friends writting reviews from different emails but what u saying don't even sound right how u put a deposit dwn on a facility that your not even allowed tour that sound very untrue n bitter why was your childcare really discontinued my care with this center has been awesome i gv this center a 5 star

My son has been going to this daycare for about 2 months now and we love Elmo’s magical world . Ms Sonia is so sweet she greets me and my son at the door every morning when I’m dropping him off and in the evening when I’m picking him up . The 2 staff members are very kind and respectful as well ! My son tells me something new that he learn everyday when he comes home . It’s not easy finding a daycare that you and your child is comfortable with so when I came across Elmo’s magical world and seen how much my child adores ms Sonia and her center I had to jump on that opportunity I would recommend this daycare any day !

I was not allowed to tour the inside before enrolling my child which was a red flag and then she took my deposit and discontinued child care after 2 days I would not recommend this place the lady is very shady

very unprofessional!!! If you have a friendship with mrs sonia i would recommend not telling her any of your personal business bc she’s probably talking crap about you to other parents about your situation. Another thing, if you have a day job and can’t miss work i would recommend another daycare because she will discontinue childcare with no notice and absolutely NO reason( i have proof of her not giving me any reasons on a recorded phone call)Also, if you have a infant definitely don’t send your child here because she will tell other parents how your baby acts with her during the hours he/she is with them and will also discontinue care if she feels like your baby “cries to much” If i could give 0 stars i would. She will also make up/ exaggerate story’s for you to come get your child so she can leave early and have the other 2 teachers do her job!

This is my daughter first daycare and I was so nervous about putting her in. Me and dad tour this place and was very satisfied with the service she offers and how well the facility was kept very very nice and clean. The director and staff is awesome. We picked our daughter up and all she talks about is Mrs. Sonia and her school how much she loves her school. I would tell any parent this is the place for you to put your kid and b comfort. I love Elmos Magical World ChildCare my daughter happy so where happy!!!!
