Until such time as the required pre-service trainings are completed, staff person #3 must be supervised, when interacting with children at minimum by an assistant group supervisor who has completed all preservice trainings and has all qualifications to care for children unsupervised. If there is no staff person available to supervise staff #3 may not work in a childcare position at the facility.

The operator shall document the date of each training and the names of all facility persons who received the training and kept on file at the facility.
