Corrective Action: Ensure staff-to-child ratios are maintained at all times. Upon arrival at 9:53 am, Administrator Blanchfield was alone with 18 four and five-year-old children. This was corrected when Administrator Blanchfield had Staff #1 come inside from the playground. Staff #2, who has no qualifications, was alone with eight children, the youngest being one while Staff #3 stepped out of the classroom. This was corrected when Staff #3 re-entered the classroom and LS Vandewater informed her Staff #2 cannot be alone with the children. According to attendance records, on May 6, 2019, two staff who are not qualified to be alone with children were alone in the two-year-old room from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Submit one week of attendance records for all classrooms.
