Beware this center is substandard we had a bad experience at CCA coon rapids. The director Amy will lie in your face she is uncaring and strange. We were lied to on multiple occasions about circumstances. Our children were sent home “ without cause” we were told that they didn’t have staff to care for our children. We lost work because of this unnecessarily. There are staff members who are very Sketchy and odd not thdd we type you would expect to see in a daycare setting. Overall the director is cold, uncaring, rude and violates your privacy. Amy does not know policy and she is very inconsistent. Very unsettling experience. We have switched to a new daycare and are much happier. I would not recommend this center to anyone.
