Findings: A complaint was received that alleged a child that is 2 years old is sometimes mixed with the Infant and Toddlers. The teacher was interviewed and she stated that the 2 year old has been over at this center to give the staff at Claire's II a break. According to the director the child has some challenging behaviors. This licensing specialist explained that this center is licensed only for Infants/toddlers and once a child turns 2 years old they must be moved over to the Claire's II and may not be permitted back in the infant/toddler center. This licensing specialist discussed the option of adding preschool and school age to Claire's III to assist with situations like this.

Findings: A complaint was received alleging that 4 teenagers, specifically in their late teens ranging from the ages 17-20 years are hanging around the building. The complainant thought that at least one child was a staff person's child. There is one staff person that has her children enrolled in Claire's II, which is the preschool and School Age Center.
