I love everyone that works here. Each classroom is knowledgeable on the age group. They provide a safe and fun learning place for children. They are always doing fun activities with the kids. My daughter, husband and I love it there! I am a new mother and it is such a learning experience so I am very thankful to have their help, guidance and support throughout it all! My daughter most of the time does not want to leave and shes always smiling. Staff there is incredible and so great with the kids. Couldn't be any happier with my choice on bringing out daughter there.

I have looked at many different daycare's in the area. I want a secure environment with learning for my 3 kids. I have noticed child-first daycare was the best as soon as I was greeted at the door. The classrooms are organized, clean and full of fun learning stuff. There are 3 play grounds for each age group which makes me happy that my baby will not be with the larger kids. Each teacher is super helpful and educated. I work full time as a doctor and am a single dad. They always accommodate my schedule. I like picking my kids up and they never want to leave. That tells me my kids are happy here. I get daily notes sent home for my baby of all his activities. The classroom each have a curriculum to follow for learning standards. I have not seen this anywhere else. I want to thank child-first daycare for everything they do for my children. (DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PICK A DAYCARE, OTHER DAYCARE'S ARE UNSAFE AND DIRTY.I HIGHLY SUGGEST CHILD-FIRST DAYCARE. THE OTHER DAYCARE IN THE AREA DON'T COMPARE)

Terrible communication between staff and parent. not friendly with parent. do not follow all rules of ODJFS. Don't give children water throughout the day. Did not give refund when paid for days that my child was sick. I was told many different things about the daycare and the rooms from each staff. they don't all know what is going on or what is supposed to be going on. they have butt cream for the children that they keep out without paperwork. director got nasty with ,e when I said I was pulling my child and would not refund me.

Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, while others try to tell you how to raise your children "the right way". If you receive financial assistance, and do not pay promptly, your child is threatened with being thrown out, and as soon as a payment is mentioned, all of a sudden there is room for the child. My friend is being bullied by one of the staff members because they are behind on her payments. I would NOT suggest this daycare unless you are a two income household and can afford to pay full daycare rates, or if you have a child who is maybe ADHD, Autistic, or has special needs.

Amazing childcare facility. If your looking for an educated staff with a great learning environment, you must go here. I am please with the way my two children are learning and growing. My one child in kindergarten is in an accelerated program because of the great preschool curriculum at child-first. The staff member are educated and care about the children. I am very pleased with everything. The owner is very educated and personable. Child-First has helped raised my two children since they have been 6 weeks old. Hightly recommended!! by my friends, I am grateful they told me about this place when I first because a mom.

I am absolutely in wow with his child care faculty. The staff is loving and very educated. I feel confident when I drop my children off every morning. My child in kindergarten is in the accelerated program because of their amazing preschool curriculum. She can read on a 2nd grade level. The toddler teachers helped me potty train my son, which I thought I could never do! Child-First Daycare is the best daycare center by far. I know this after pulling from 3 other centers. I have had nothing but great experience with this center and staff. I highly recommend!

This is the best daycare center I have had my children in. The facility is always clean, and a great learning environment. My preschooler knows all 100 site words, can add and subtract and read on a 1st grade level. I receive complements now that she is in kindergarten of how accelerated she is. I can see on a daily basis that the staff truly care and love helping my children grow. My 2 year old is now potty trained after a long hard battle that I could not win. But, his teachers help me with this stage and i am grateful. My two children never want to leave, this makes me happy because I know when i drop them off every morning it is a second home and they are my family.

The way this facility is run is unexceptable. They run it more like they are just babysitting the children instead of helping them learn. Also a teacher there HIT my child in the face with an object and I know he didn't lie about it because I saw the fear in his eyes when he saw that teacher again. So I asked to look at the security tapes and I can see she did infact hit my child's face with something. The woman in charge says she did not see that at all, which was ridiculous lie! All she said is she'll keep that teacher out of the classroom my child was in!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to send their child there! I was incredibly upset and disgusted with the staff as a whole.

I am a single mother with two children. At first I was nervous to enroll my children into any daycare because it was my first time letting someone else watch them. But every daycare I looked at, nothing compared to child-first. The first few days that my children were there, they were very understanding when I called every afternoon for a few days to check in on them. They have a very caring and educated staff, never had a problem. My children have now been there for 5 years and excel in school because of their preschool program. Love it there wouldnt think about going anywhere else! A big thank you to them. Definitely recommend!

Overbearing staff who attempt to parent parents. Most of the staff does not acknowledge your presence when dropping off your child. Not even a smile or hi, with the exception of two staff. Break confidential information to other parents involving sensitive issues regarding your children. Very unprofessional.
