About the Provider
My name is Margie, I've been working in the childcare field since 1993. I started as a preschool teacher, went on to become a Director of an infant/toddler daycare center. I started my own in home preschool/daycare to be able to work and also spend time with my own children. I have 62 Early Childhood Education Units. I believe in 1:1 loving care along with child lead curriculum. I do not believe in forcing children to sit and do dittos, I believe in learning activities and making learning fun. I also believe every child learns differently at his/her own pace and it is my job to discover how and accommodate them. I am blessed to have the assistance of my oldest adult daughter who is also attending the Early Childhood program at Chabot Community College.
Currently I am accepting infants, toddlers, and school age up to age ten.
