| Findings: Carol Lomax was observed with a group of children including toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children in room 1. This is not appropriate grouping of children, therefore, supervision is not in compliance. Further, Carol Lomax was observed in and out of the room on several occasions, to address staffing issues and receiving children as they entered the center, leaving children in room 1 unsupervised. This is a repeat violation that was observed at the last inspection. Further, 5 infants and toddlers mixed with 6 preschool age children, was observed in room 3, and Breswia Eshaun was leaving the room with no other staff, is a clear violation of supervision. By 9:45 am, this was corrected. Additionally, licensing observed at least 3 preschool children walking in the hallway, unsupervised. They were going and coming from one room to another, and going and coming from the bathroom. Correct immediately. | |||

Brilliant Beginnings is an EXCELLENT facility. My granddaughter has been attending since she was 1 year old now 4. The staff are motiviated and dedicated to the children they are assigned to. Each class is broken down by age which makes the learning experience special and more effective. Thanks to BB my granddaughter started in Pre-K and will be skipped to the 1st grade in Sept. THANKS BB.
