I think it's wrong how children are younger then my baby but got into headstart already. And my baby is put at the bottom. The paper said apply in July for 2019 school year. I was told it was full from kids from last year but then its kids just turned 3 getting into school. My baby is almost 4. I was told when I did the app. That it was not to late for her to get in. But now I'm being told it was full. I filled out a app when It said i was allowed to. Nobody said it started in March.
