Aker's has been a godsend to us. We were looking for a day care that had seasoned teachers, not teachers that were fresh out of college with little or no experience working with children. We decided to try out Aker's Academy. My son has been through 3 classes and is doing very well. He LIKES to go to school! Everyone is very helpful and understands the individuality of each child.
One of our concerns was attrition and Aker's is pretty low compared to a few others. The staff sincerely cares about the kids and is respectful of the parents concerns.
And by the way, you get what you pay for. We tried a cheaper daycare and we got what we paid for, glorified babysitters, not teachers. So if you ask me if I like Aker's well how would I not? Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Akers Academy is a wonderful childcare facility. They go above and beyond the call of duty. The teachers and staff are friendly and informative. They take a vested interest in both the students and families. My daugher has been attending for 2 years, and she loves her teachers and friends. I couldn't ask for a more capable staff to be taking care of her!
