Going forward the provider shall keep the emergency forms in her possession so that they are readily accessible at any given time. Findings: Neither pack-n-play has linens. When asked, Provider put fleece blankets on the mat of the pack-n-play for the linen. This is not safe and could be a suffocation hazard for young children. Each pack-n-play must have snugly fitting sheets. Please ensure that each pack-n-play has snugly fitted sheets and send pictures and/or video to OCC for the correction of this non-compliance.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

We could not love Ms. Agnes more! She is an incredible child care provider. We are so lucky that our daughter gets to spend the work days with her.
