I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Lisa watched my child for 1 1/2 years, we never had problems, she was always great with the kids. Out of the blue we were given a 2-week notice, no reimbursement, fully cut off no contact at all. When asked to get my child's belongings back, I was given a bag, no explanation to why we were terminated, no goodbyes/well miss you to my child. then when asked for reimbursement considering we always paid 2 weeks ahead of time, we were told we only get 1 week back... but her contract doesn't state that. She takes way to many days off a year, isn't willing to work with children, barely has any learning environment/toys/actives for the children to play with. let's the children sit in front of the tv pretty much Durning the day/ not a lot of outside play. My child told me he didn't want to go back anymore when I asked him. red flags, would not recommend for childcare whatsoever.
