I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Karen in the office always has an attitude. The hours stink they don't even honor the full day you only get 9 hours to drop off and pick up on the dot or they fine, you works out great as a single parent you cant even work a full time job. They definitely need better management and less time restrictions. Even if you go on vacation they still expect you to pay for your daughter as if she was there.
