Munson Child Development Center

The 1 star is only because you can't rate this facility a 0. This place is understaffed, under educated, and frankly I don't even know how it is still running. There are reports online and investigations covered up because it is Munson. If you want your child locked in a 4 wall white room 1 teacher 12 children and surrounded by insufficient learning and growth opportunities, this is the place for you! Otherwise, I would never choose convenience over care for my children they have no clue what they are doing

The only 1 star for this daycare is for the convenient location. If you like no communication, constant staff changes, heartless management, and less than enthused care providers-you found the perfect daycare for you! I would say RUN, don’t walk away from this establishment. Sure, there are a few good people that work there but overall it doesn’t make up for the rest of the terrible childcare you’ll experience there.

It is not ok to not report an incident about a child to a parent. Directors need to listen to teachers more. The top dog gets away with EVERYTHING. Being there for years is job security. Staff is stressed...and employee parents run the show. Children need to be top priority at all times. Gossip and blaming of teachers runs rapid among admisistration. Stay clear of this place. Please

I would not work there. Pay is good but not worth all the back stabbing of the bosses. Administration is unprofessional. I was in break room listening to all bosses talk smack about all employees. Do not work there. Was a Lead Teacher. They go by seniority to the point of complete unfairness to new employee. Run...don't walk from this place. Gossip...judgement of employees..unfairness...lack of communication makes this place horrible. Run
