I am an employee

Please do not take your child here. The owner is a disaster! She lies to parents constantly about what is going on. She over works staff and has a huge turnaround rate. She allows toxic teachers to stay and ends up pushing out the good ones. She is out for herself

I am the owner & Director Michelle E Simon. I'm sad I'm just now seeing this accusation. I invite you to speak with me directly and/or tour the facility with me to form your own opinion. I am one of the most honest, reliable, responsible, patient people you will ever meet. If I was 'in it for myself' I certainly wouldn't be in this field. You do this job because you love children, you love teaching, you love learning yourself, not the $$ or 'glory'. There is definitely turnaround in this field. This is a hard job to do! Not many can live up to the emotional, physical demands of working with infants/toddlers. We just celebrated our 3rd anniversary last month! TTFN *ta ta for now~Tigger~
