I have used this provider for less than 6 months

0 stars
They somehow got sunscreen in my sons eyes and then refused to accommodate him for the problem they caused. Poison control said he could not be outside due to his eyes being sensitive and they told her they couldn't keep all the kids in for one kid. So basically admitting they were understaffed! How are you not going to accommodate a kid for something you caused. Also how about rubbing the sunscreen in all the way next time. Not only that but when I came to pick him up they left him laying on the ground outside crying in pain because he shouldn't have been outside to begin with. Also they did not tell me about this incident until I picked him up!

So I was called today and told that some kid pushed my son off the slide(downplayed) but that he had calmed down and was doing fine. After picking him up I was surprised that I didnt hear the amount of yelling I typically hear when my son is "uncooperative." One of the teachers even said they thought he was being "dramatic". I took him to the doctor and found out he broke his right clavicle! 1 week with my youngest and they got sunscreen in his eyes(I moved him to another daycare) and less than a month with my oldest and now his clavicle is broken! Not to mention when I would drop my youngest off he would cry but never does that at his new daycare! At one point I would drop my son off and just cry in the hallway it was the worse experience ever!
