The center facilities are excellent. The in class teachers are mostly excellent.
The problem sits on the administration levels. The center administrator and regional management fabricates lies about parents who do not just “go with the flow” and let the center policies run unchecked treatment on children.
Our children have both had situations where we needed to involve administrators within the school to question borderline abusive policies. This lead to a problem with us as parents and the administration that they fabricated situations that could cause legal ramifications. Coincidentally the places that these “incidents” took place of course have a lapse of security footage to corroborate any of the situation.
The Regional Manager Stacy G (redacted last name) is a liar who makes accusations against parents without any substantiation. She completely made up a story about behavior in the school that she then related to my wife who knew the incident to be false. When she was asked to put it in writing she refused and she checked to make sure she was not being recorded on the phone call.
