This is the worst daycare that I have experienced, and my child is no longer enrolled here as of today. The director removed my child from enrollment after I expressed my and my husband’s concern about a rock in my child’s mouth. She refused to take accountability for the teacher’s negligence in the situation and told me in response to my complaint that Lil’ Sprouts Academy is not a good fit for my child and that her center could not provide the level of care that I’m expecting. I’m sure anyone can see the danger of a rock being in a toddler’s mouth. When I asked to review video footage of an incident where my child was injured last week, she previously agreed. When I went to the daycare to view it, I was then told that the director would not release the footage unless DHS is involved. At this point, it poses a question of what is actually taking place within this daycare.
Please do yourself a favor and look for a different daycare for your children.
My granddaughter started here today. And when I called to check on her the director was very professional. She made sure I was on the list before she woyld tell me anything. I like that! Made me feel comfortable with my grand child being there. I plan to stop by soon for a tour.
This is a great daycare located in Shannon hills. They are very nice and welcoming to anyone. Definitely would recommend this to all families.
