I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our daughter started when the center first opened in November of 2019.We’ve been patient as the center has struggled to recruit and retain teachers and personnel. After the decision was made to stop attending due to the covid pandemic we were given an ultimatum as to how long our child’s spot would be held. When the center closed due to a possible outbreak of covid we were informed we would be credited our tuition back in our accounts which did not happen. Our enrollment was terminated without our consent or even discussion from the center. After reaching out to clarify the enrollment status the center director informed us that we would need to re-enroll for a $75 fee and would not be able to attend for an additional 3 weeks. For a brand new facility this is not the administrative service we expected nor did we ever experience the quality standards and experienced staff they market themselves to hold.
