Absolute nightmare. Screams and yells at the top of their lungs at the children. Nasty, unclean, and truly have no compassion for the children in their care. Carol is the worst of the worst. Theres a reason theres no consistency in the staffing. She should be shut down.

If I could give this a negative, I would. This nasty woman Carol has the nerve to run a daycare. She constantly disrespects parents, and doesn’t even know the kids names. Refers to all of them as “kiddo” because she doesn’t care to remember them all. She has had many reports of children being hit by staff. The staff that hit the kid ended up not even having a license! My own child was injured by other kid repeatedly, by the same action, and nothing was done. Why is my kid coming home with headaches often because she’s getting hit in the head? No answers. Nothing but blatant disrespect for the parents. This women has no regard for anyone’s time, work, or parenting skills. She should’ve been shut down the same week she opened. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE.

I’m going to address this review to the people specifically involved.

Carol, this all started because my child told you “no” which is normal language from a THREE year old. You told him to jump up and down until you say stop and when he told you “no” again, you put your hands on him and physically MADE HIM. Even after all the screaming and crying he did and even when he told you you were hurting him, you continued. A teacher was able to get him away from you to use the bathroom and after you made him come back and lay on his stomach and kick his feet and flap his hands all while still screaming and crying. You think this is discipline? What do you think a child will positively learn from you making them jump up and down while they scream and cry? You got exactly what you expected out of that punishment, it wasn’t for the better learning of my son it was for your own selfish satisfaction. I don’t care what you say you learned in a training you are an adult and should know right from wrong. You even went as far as lying to EEC claiming there were multiple incident reports of my son hurting other children to justify your actions but somehow with all the paper trail you keep you couldn’t find not one report as proof.

It’s taken me a long time to be able to write this because I was having a hard time forgiving you for what you did to my son. But I know that in order to be forgiven I first must forgive. I don’t believe people who put their hands on children should ever be allowed to be in the care of them again but I’ll leave that up to God. I do however believe that you should take anger management and sensitivity training courses.

For all of you other teachers that were there and didn’t speak up, shame on you for not coming forward as it is your legal duty to report this type of behavior. I hope that no one ever treats your loved ones the way you watched my son be treated.
