Not really sure who the Arnold guy is but Starrs childcare is amazing and my daughter thrived there for 4 years. She got to experience so much fun and learning while she was there while also being in a nurturing and caring environment. They went on friend trips multiple times weekly, whether it be to the park or to the museum, they were always on the go and learning through play. I definitely dispute the review above because Starr doesn't have a mean bone in her body and she loves all the kids as they are her own. Highly recommend.
