I am an employee
I started last fall and have been filling in as a teacher and helping the owner to improve the center and staff with all of my knowledge in working in childcare centers for 20 plus years in Oshkosh and the Fox Valley of Wisconsin. Yes the first year is always hard starting a new Daycare or even any business. But this center has come along way from day one. We have a full count in the baby room and even a short waiting list so that should say something right there. We are only hiring the most educated staff with everything they need to be a lead teacher to care for the children. We do have a toddler room that we want to open but need more of that age group. Then we can go to are max in the 3-4 yr old room as well. In the summer we have a program set up for the school-agers’s. They can have a fun summer and you don’t have to find a sitter and worry about them in front of the TV or video games all days. So we are also open on the Senior/Adult Care side and taking clients for that as well. Still sounds interesting come take a tour and see for your self.
