This school isn't for the big hearted. It is like working in a high school. Supervisors are clueless and care about the parents bringing in money more than anything else. The teachers are very catty and lives to gossip about students, their families, and other staff members. There is no room for growth and no benefits. Teachers assistants have to cook in the kitchen and prep the meals on a weekly rotation among the other TA's.
