I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I was verbally and physically assaulted by daycare owner of Scribbles and Giggles, Tiffany Ramos and her step daughter inside of the daycare ON 9/5/18. The daycare is located at 5800 Tulip Street. At this point, this daycare has no business caring for children. You verbally and physically assault a parent while trying to make a co payment and retrieve her child's' items. The disputes took place over a $2 past due balance.. I need everyone to report this business. I have already contacted @foxnews to bring awareness of this owner and her behavior while operating a daycare center.

The overnight staff member is very rude and unprofessional. She thinks it is okay to call me at 1am to check to see if my niece was coming in at 5:30 AM and I am only an emergency contact. Also they say they are a learning center but all my niece tells me is she plays with blocks and toys all days how is that learning?
