Lacks customer service. It's corporate structure and more and more corporate driven, there is lack of emotion and feeling. It's a forever changing staff environment. Constantly new teachers coming in. New Director is non-confrontational, resorts to threatening emails vs talking directly. Upgraded facility with new furniture with notice or telling us weekly rates will go up. Professional pictures are not once but twice a year as well as book fairs twice a year. Parties are at 3pm...that is tough for working parents. It's one of the most expensive daycare's in Clifton Park, NY. Weekly rates go up and communication is awful. There is an annual $100 registration fee as well as annual camp registration fee and camp comes with additional weekly fee's. You might pay $300 per week September through May and then $350 per week for summer camp. Wrap around was announced to be cancelled for the next school year so parents frantically had to find other wrap around programs, months later they change their mind again and now offer it. Do your research before putting your child there.
