A lot of these reviews are from a previous director and building! All new director and building now! My kids love going to school everyday and seeing their teachers and talk about them on the weekends! We love how caring and supportive all the teachers are! It just warms my heart
I had my son here for only about 4 months and couldn't get out fast enough. If you ever asked any questions the director would bite your head off. The place is so messy and gross. Completely chaotic and unorganized. Kid also came home with bruises on a couple occasions with no answers as to what happened. Nobody was aware. One bruise lasted for two weeks straight, so it was definitely a hard hit. Was told that these things are normal and I should expect that. Food seems like crap, sleeping is horrific. They don't wash the bedding EVER, even though they told me they did. Just a loud cavernous room so babies never sleep. Can't stress enough how terrible the director Angie is. The only redeeming quality is maybe like one or two of the teachers seemed good, but they lose employees constantly. Also, check their licensing reviews. They are never in ratios and the director lies to the inspectors.
They seem to have no actual care for what they do. Outside play is a mess, one kiddy pool that kids with diapers play in. Staff not trained. Ownership is amateur at best. Public 4k is a joke. They don't teach Anything besides how to be patient when carrying a toy. Stupid place, cluttered, messy, and like someone else said, absolutely no security. Unlocked doors, noone present to keep kids inside or predators out.
Not a good place. Child injured with no knowledge to us until our daughter is home and we see a giant slice on her. No security, dirty and stinky
Horrible places, no concern for child welfare. Careless, just want your money. Disgusting and stinky. If you want a kid, just walk in, noone to greet you or locked doors.
Staff friendly, kids seem happy and safe, food good. They offer baby up to 4K but kids did not seem to learn anything new. Hudson location "extremely" cluttered, floors dirty, food seen on floors, stuff "stacked" on both sides of hall to the back exit door. Office area in front totally cluttered. This place would be a 5 star if they would just clean it up.
