DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!  This place was horrible to my daughter and son. My daughter went there over year ago and still talks about how horrible they treated her and she was only 4 at the time. She told me Carla would flick her very hard on her head and withhold her meals for misbehaving.  My 2 year old son had diaper rash so bad that he had blisters on him. On more than one occasion I found my 4 year old daughter being watched by other children her own age when their teachers were no where to be found.  I couldn’t find another daycare facility and ended up moving away to another job just to get my children out of that place. Don’t do this to your children or yourself.  

This is a sad excuse for a daycare. If I could I would rate zero stars. This place is filthy, the workers are lazy, fat, and are liars. I wouldn’t take my daughter back to this place if it was the last daycare on earth. On my 9-month-old’s last day, I went in to pick her up early. When I arrived, I could hear her screaming from outside of the building. When I walked into the building, I found that she was in the infant room, in the middle of the floor, by her self, with the light off the door closed, and was screaming hysterically. Her teacher and two other babies were out in the common area, awake, and playing. When I asked why this happened her teacher replied that “she is a horrible baby, and keeps the other babies (that were awake) up at nap time.” When I addressed the owner, she said my daughter “was horrible to her teacher” “and cried too much”. Excuse me, to my knowledge That’s what babies do, especially if left alone and unattended. I wouldn’t pay to put my dog in to this facility. If I had the choice between leaving my daughter at home with my pet, or dropping her off at this facility, I think she’d be better off at home. This place is in violation of the law and deserves to be closed down. This is NOT an isolated event, as it was not the first time that I’ve arrived and my daughter and other babies were left unattended in the infant room. Or with soiled diapers, that were crusted on her body. I fear for any baby, or child in this facility. It was no surprise hearing that they have had a number of large incidents, some of which involved calling the ambulance. Please if you care for your child DO NOT enroll him or her in this horrible excuse of a facility.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I would never take my children to any other daycare. The staff is great. I have two children in two different classes there and they both love their teachers. It makes life so much easier when you can feel good about leaving your child with someone or somewhere that you know without a doubt that they will be taken care of. Thank you Toddler's Ink! You guys are the best!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would this facility is horrible. The teachers are very rude not just to each other but to the parents and children as well. This child care center should be shut down. No child deserves to be treated the way Heather lets them be treated. Carla is a fat chick who does nothing but sit on her rear and yell at the children and staff so she doesn't have to move, Lisa is volatile and abusive. She has no clue how to work with children, Rebecca is a know it all who has no idea at all. She always tries to tell parents how to raise their kids and when the parents don't listen she takes matters into her own hands. I have reported this facility.
