I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This poorly run daycare is not the place I would entrust with my childs wellbeing. The classrooms are chaotic run by inexperienced staff. I have had several incidents with this facility that make me cringe at the thought that I left my baby boy there. There are so many daycares in the area please choose wisely.
Unfortunately the Executive Director, Shannon Scheffel is quite honestly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I wont say what happened or much about her for that matter because if you know her or have had any encounters with her, I'm sure you know exactly the kind of person she is. If this daycare wants to save face I'd highly recommended getting rid of her. She is a nasty woman!! I would also HIGHLY recommend Hand and Hand Daycare get "No Parking" signs outside of the building in the spots we're not supposed to park rather than talking rudely and disrespectfully to people who come in and out of the daycare.
