Multiple complaints from families that take there children there. The director that runs the daycare for the owner is very mean to parents and is very condescending. When there is a problem at the daycare with a child, it's a 50/50 chance that the daycare will actually call the parents to inform them or they will text the parents instead of calling them. Most parents and their jobs do not allow the use of cellular devices at there place of employment. And other times, the parents are not informed at all. The daycare is not flexible to the needs of the parents and the children. I have been told that one parent's reason for quitting their job was because they were not comfortable taking their child to this daycare any longer and became a stay-at-home parent. If there was a place I guess I would want my child with this type of report, it would be for that child to stay at home with me or family as well.
