This center is excellent with caring for your child, but if you have a job be prepared to have to get off your job and pick your child up because of a simple runny nose. Imagine having to tell your boss you have to leave work because your child daycare said you have to come pick your child up because of a runny nose. Right, you wont have a job long. I understand that this day and time that COVID is a big issue but if your company is that afraid then you should just shut down. Any business that is open is at risk of COVID but the fact still remains that the world is open and we still have to live. So if you are cool with getting off your job on a regular basis because your child may have a runny nose or cough then this is the place for you. I have taken my child to the doctor so much the doctor has asked me to change centers. Each time I have taken my child there has been nothing wrong with them and the doctors ask why do they keep sending me to bring my babies and nothing is ever wrong with them. So again I say they are EXCELLENT with caring for your child but the first time it even looks like your child's nose is about to run you gonna have to pick your child up up or bring them back with a doctors note.

Very great place to bring babies and children. Peaceful atmosphere. Enforced policies on making sure the children and babies are safe when entering and leaving the building

THE CENTER IS CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! MY DAUGHTER LOVE IT HERE!!! ??

I am very displeased with this daycare facility! My son has attended Yale since he was 2 months old and while he was 2 months old, he caught the ringworm up there! I confronted Ms.White about the situation because I was furious that they were not cleaning anything and just letting all types of children in and she had the nerve to tell me that he must have caught it from trying on hats! Are you serious? My son was perfectly fine and taken care of before I sent him to that disgusting place! He constantly kept coming home sick with runny noses and bacterial infections since he was 6 months old! He recently had the flu and pink eye and the day before he had the pink eye, they allowed him to roll and play with toys that were not even sterilized! Also, my whole household ended up with the flu as well because my son caught it from up there! I have even witnessed my child with another child pacifier in his mouth and when I became angry and questioned them about it, their response was that " We boiled it in warm water" First of all, I send my child with his own pacifier EVERYDAY so I do not understand why he has another kid pacifier in his mouth! They said they couldn't find it but the next morning when I asked, another teacher showed me that it was right there on the counter! So stupid and unprofessional! I am so disgusted and had to take my son out of daycare because they don't clean or sanitize anything! Ever since I took my son out of that daycare, he's been perfectly fine and healthy!They don't keep up to date shot records on file and don't even check these nasty kids that they allow to come up there! Parents should have common sense and not allow their child to come to school if they're sick or have anything that can be contagious and these daycare providers should be more on their radar and check these kids and always ask for up to date shot records. I have been a self paying parent and this is the type of low budget trash care that I have received. I guess since those government vouchers came in, they make it acceptable for any and everybody to come to that daycare. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE! I WOULD RATE IT 0 STARS BUT 1 WAS THE LOWEST!

My child attends Yale Road LC. We have attended this center since they opened last September. We were one of the first families who walked thru the doors of this brand new business. The staff and management have always been very professional. They teach the children daily and their daily menu is well balanced and nutritional. I absolutely love and trust the people at this center. I have not found anything that could compare. They know how to entertain the children and take great school outings. It's all about the children at YRLC. They are very affordable and take good care of the babies. Wonderful God giving care givers!!

My baby went to this for abt three month. Every time I went to Pick up my child her face be nasty,pamper alway wet. Its look clean but it aint the kids stay sick up there. They had head lices. The owner Ms. Finnie have a very nasty attitude don't know how to talk to parents. I done heard alot of parents complain abt the center but they just take they child out and never call DHS on the center.I know one parent took her son out Because they left him in Chuckee Cheese and everybody else was on the bus. Kids constancely get hurt on the playground.Wht look good on the inside not alway best for ur Children.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! My daughter Jasmine is five years old and has a great time everyday! The teachers are actually teaching the children, not just babysitting them. Plus, they provide various fun activities for the children. I would definitely recommend Yale Road Learning Center to anyone looking for a child care center.
