I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Roof leaks, mold throughout building, ceiling in babyroom carving in. My children were kicked out because the owner was mad about a note I left. Teachers are amazing; owner only cares about money.
Very Bad. I been sending my 3 kids for the last 60 days an I'm about to never sent them here again. They just hired a new Director that is more focus on collections than talk to the kids and parents the Right way. First of all the new Director should never been allowed to work around kids. She may be good to work with a collection agency, calling and harassing you if you stop paying your credit card bill... I been trying to contact the owner of the company for about 2 weeks and The answer that we get from the director is that either they are on vacations or the owner is seriously Ill.... I been asking for an Incident report after my baby boy was beating by another kid and that are just telling us that my baby beat up himself. Please never sent your kids to this place. Thank you. PD. My name is Jonathan Viera and If the Owner of this place read this massage please contact me ASAP to discuss this issues and other issues going on the facility. Thank You
They are short staffed and hiring subpar instructors that think screaming at 1 yr lids and dragging kids across floor is acceptable. Ratios seem to be off. Gloomy Ora in building. Stop and go to a better quality daycare unless u want cheep and questionable.
We had to stay with this childcare facility since we had no other place to turn to. We were finally able to leave. The infant room was where we had our issues. The children/babies were not strapped in to the highchairs and then were left unattended while workers changed diapers in other room or were tending to other children. Babies were unattended with bottles propped. Causing my son to have multiple ear infections. This can also cause choking if not monitored. My baby was fed food other than what I specified and brought multiple days. (at one point it was a week straight) I had witnessed the wrong bottle (of milk) given to the wrong child on a few occasions. One morning I was compelled to stay until 9am and help because they had too many babies/children ratio per worker. I would repeatedly mention issues but wouldn't show my anger since I didn't have any where to go and didn't want to piss off the people watching my child. I just repeatedly stated my expectations and wishes and it would be disregarded. Even though they had too many children in the infant room they would keep accepting new applicants. Children that were not ready to move up in classrooms would and other times children that were ready to move up were not able to because of number of children and the classes/rooms being understaffed. Changing table may have been "sanitized" but daily I would change my child and see food, hair, dust, and dirt covering edge of the changing table. I would end up cleaning the changing table. Same with the floor. grass and dirty on the rug that the babies would be playing and crawling on. I would have to remove grass from babies mouths. Noses were constantly left untouched with snot rolling out of noses and into mouths. Workers would see and just keep playing with babies while this snot was getting all over kids and toys. This is just some of it...
