This facility constantly have reports about child abuse. They report Google reviews they don’t agree with so they can be deleted. Please beware if you send your child here. Only good thing is they offer discounts for a good review. Which now I believe it’s to drown out the bad TRUE reviews
I would not recommend this daycare. My daughter ended up with deep fingernail marks on her that clearly came from a daycare worker. The fingernail broke my child's skin
completely down to the white meat, and was very deep, and then there was another fingernail mark underneath that broke the skin, but also left her with a bruise. It was for sure done purposely, and with a great deal of force to leave an entire fingernail gash into my child's skin on her shoulder. Sorry, I'm unable to post a picture here. An incident report was filled out after confronting the administrator who said that she got hurt playing. I spoke with the executive administration who said that a child did it, but quickly retracted her statement after I disagreed, because she knew it wasn't true. The executive administrator said that the teachers said that no children were around her, and that she didn't cry. She totally contradicted herself saying a child did it, and she would be crying if she was hurt as badly as my child was. My child often came home very hungry and thirsty, and is able to vocalize this. She was given a spoon, and is not able to hold the spoon correctly at 16 months. My child would also cry and fall out at the sight of or when being picked up by one of the workers who would make excuses as to why my child was crying. I quickly disenrolled my child after the deep fingernail gash, and she's loved her new daycare from the first day and now tells me goodbye instead! Its good I picked up on my child's cues because I don't know what would have happened next. I don't like to post negative comments, but I appreciate seeing reviews before deciding on daycares, so hope this helps other parents.
My son is 20 mths old. He was going to this daycare fulltime. I got a call @ work saying my child has been bitten by another child on the cheek. The bite mark was so bad on his cheek that it left a bruise for a wk. Every week sometimes 2-3 times a week he had some type of bite mark on him or scratches supposedly from other young kids there. When I pick him up the teachers in there couldn't even tell me what happen because they weren't in there at the time as they told me. The assist director Yolanda or owner Sheila couldn't even take care of the situation. They were so unprofessional. I would send my child with 4 diapers everyday. He would come home everyday with just 2 as they were only changing him twice a day in a 11 hour grace period. I seen kids that looked like they attended the daycare in the rooms helping teachers watch the kids there being mean to the little babies. My son will never go here again nor will I recommend this facility ever.
Great school, I noticed a difference in my daughter from this school prior to her previous daycare. They were willing to work with family and so pleased that I'm willing to return to enroll my baby. Oh they have full, decent lunches that I have yet to see any other school have. Great place..
