Description: The Learning Experience® is extremely proud of our proprietary curriculum, "L.E.A.P®", or The Learning Experience's Academic Program. At TLE we realize that how children learn is as important as what they learn and encourage each child to achieve success while acquiring invaluable social skills. L.E.A.P. is broken into three separate stages based on age and development beginning with Little Learners and progressing through L.E.A.P.® 1 and L.E.A.P.® 2.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

I currently have my infant and Preschooler attending the Learning Experience in Lyndhurst. I am an educator in the Lyndhurst Public school system This school is by far the best in the area. I have tried other schools before this school opened and can say this as fact. At other schools we were more babysitters and had no curriculum or child development plan. The teachers are required to submit a college diploma for early childhood development and transcripts before being allowed to be a head teacher. This is important because they actually screen applicants which is not always done at the other schools. The teachers in the infant room are extremely loving and caring. Children are well stimulated and cared for at this center. The administration provides much one on one time and assistance to the parents. The children's center are both structured and free activities to promote social and emotional growth. There is an open door policy for parents to be able to come in at anytime and check up as well as call throughout the day. As a parent and teacher I highly recommend this school. Do yourself and your child a favor do not base your decision ONLY on what is read on a review. Come visit the school. Talk to the parents who have their children here, talk to the teachers in the classrooms, speak with the directors. Don't miss out on a fantastic opportunity for your child.
I am extremely unsatisfied with this school. I feel that they address issues unprofessionally. I believe they need to evaluate their staff because obviously they don't have enough experience to direct children in the right matter. I would never recommend this specific school.
