My child has been in this daycare center since he was 10 weeks old. He's three now and im somewhat satisfied. He hasnt really had a steady teacher in his room yet.. and thats a little hard on him..emotionally. The staff seem nice. And the owners are friendly. There were a few teachers he was sad to see leave. Ms. R, Ms. A, and Ms. C. he still talks about them to this day. I do agree how ever that the Director is somewhat rude..especially to the staff. Ive heard her several times speak in a harsh tone to her staff..very unprofessional :( but other than that overall its an okay daycare!
I had my first born go to this daycare center. And I can say it was the worst experience I ever had. I would bring my child home with the diaper almost completely full, face crusted over with food and drool, and clothes filthy(I know children get dirty...but thats what the change of clothes are for). I could smell cigarette smoke on some of the employees. The director was very rude and talked down to us. I would bring my child home every day with some new sickness because the room wasnt cleaned properly. The owners are very nice. I saw to many change of staff. It was total crazyness. Hopefully they will get there act together!
