I worked four different jobs from fifteen years old till now. I learned many things in those years that have made me the employee I am today. I've learned how to communicate well with people/ customers. I've also learned how to demonstrate quick problem solving that is necessary. I was granted key holder of Caribbean Hot Spot, because they looked at me as honest and dependable. My current job now at BJs Whole Sale club has really taught me to work well with others. I was given raises and respect by managers by presenting to them that i am a driven worker, showed them my work ethic, ability and drive to grow as an employee.
