I have completed and MS in school counseling and early childhood education (B-2nd grade). My bilingual extension PPS certificate is pending for evaluation. In New York, as I worked as a preschool supervisor/teacher and a behavior evaluator in various kinds of special education program more than 15 years, these positions enabled me to implement educational development design for the students of general education and students with multiple disabilities including ‘Brigance’ earlychildhood screening and evaluation.
My skills and responsibilities included creating IEP goals for academic and counseling sessions, basic curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, newsletter, and worksheet based on students’ academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and intellectual levels. Creating behavior modification plan, behavior observation, and monitoring database work is also my responsibility to address students’ multi disabilities disorders and deviate behavior.
