Resposible for the upkeeping of grounds, ameniities, building interioir and exterioir cleaningas per the instructions and supervision of the superintendent. Responsible for meticulous upkeep of the lobby, common areas, hallways, elevators, storage-inventory rooms, sidewalk, backyard, and garbage disposal area. Assist Manager in assigned maintenance tasks. Assist in cleaning duties, assist maintenance team with snow removal, conduct lite repairs under the direction and supervision of the manager, and report any maintenance concerns for repairs to super or manager on duty.
