After school counselor:
* I assist with arrival/dismissal procedures, after I set up program equipment and prepare daily snacks.
* I maintain a professional manner with parents, children, center staff, building staff and community with standards of confidentiality kept in mind.
* Assist with homework when needed and motivate and encourage children to discover new interest, discover new skills, and develope positive group interaction.
* Facilitate/ supervise all activities with the children while also providing the Director and Assistant Director with information about participation and behavior of children.
*Become aware of all emergency procedures and files of children.
* Assist over vacation days or breaks to work full days for ACC Adventures.

* I was responsible of posting work schedules at least two weeks in advance and recruiting, hiring, training new associates.
*I handled customer complaints professionally to set an example to associates of excellent customer service.
* I ensured the property met the corporate image standards, conducted inventory, ordering, completing and submitting information and all brand paper working a timely matter.
* I was also responsible for making bank deposit daily as well as payroll once a week on top of many other responsibilities.
