I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Disheartening to know you send your child to a school trusting the teachers.
I was never made aware of any issues my child was having, I was never told my child wasn't eating lunch. I learned these things via a DCF call.
School never notified me of anything. But was concerned enough to file (72hrs later, state mandates IMMEDIATELY or WITHIN 48hrs). Again, NO ONE notified me of any concerns.
Report given to me by DCF school claims was inaccurate. (what I was told was said, "wasn't said") I'm waiting for written report.
Handbook isn't up to date. Bathroom policies are completely different. My sons record had another child's photo on it, I stated it wasn't my child, a staff then told me IT WAS MY CHILD. After other staff agreed it wasn't, she stated "I don't care". Is this the record kept for in case of emergency? It's a HUGE deal! Misidentifying children!
My child loves going to school, as a mother, the ability to trust your child is safe is HUGE. To know so many things happened I was never informed about.
