| Findings: At 10:22 the provider took all of the child care children into the unapproved kitchen area to prepare milk for one of the children in care. LS spoke with the provider at this inspection prior to her taking all of the children into the kitchen about the approved areas on the initial paperwork that had been submitted as well as the approval of child care rooms from the fire department. The door between the kitchen area and the child care area was not closed and two children went into the kitchen and front foyer. The provider left the child care area with two children to go and get the other two children to return them to the child care area. | |||

| Findings: OCC received a complaint accompanied with pictures that shows 9 children in care. The provider is approved for 7 child care children plus her own daughter that is 4. The provider stated that three children were left in her care without their parents for a few hours today for a trial run. The three children that were left with the provider for a few hours today ranged in age from 3 and a half to 6. Licensing informed the provider that children can not be left in her care without their parents unless they are enrolled in her child care and the provider has all necessary paperwork for the child before the first day of care. It was suggested to the provider that she conduct trial runs with parents and children when the provider only has one to two child care children in care. | |||
