| NC Pre-K program staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. When I arrived, the assistant teacher in space #4 was not in the room. The reason for leaving was a non emergency and not child rated. She and did not return for approximately five (5) minutes. Sixteen (16) children were present, therefore the required 9 to 1 staff /child ratio was not met. | |||
