Staff is inexperienced. Most staff leave after a year due to extremely toxic work environment. Very hypocritical management. Expects you to act like an adult but when you start proving them wrong and showing documented evidence they will call you wrong and tell you that 'you need to be an adult and just do it' even though you are already doing it and are confused as to why they are treating you they way they are. Teachers are constantly creating drama with one another while management encourages it.
