The staffing is not equipped to deal with to calmly handle children with emotional or behavioral needs. The daycare is unwilling to use government grants to meet disability guidelines to obtain useful tools/items for classrooms for special needs children..such as weighted blankets. Staff doesn't stay calm in stressful situaitons with children.
